533 911 Pumpmaster 80 - 200:1 Ratio Ultra High Pressure Grease Pump

Ultra high pressure double acting pump. 200:1 pressure ratio pump designed for use in oil and gas wells in wireline and plug valve applications.

  • In wireline applications, these pumps are used to seal against the well external pressure, preventing the tube from collapsing as the well is perforated.
  • In plug valve applications, these pumps pump heavy grease into "christmas tree valves", sealing any gas leak.

FLUIDS HANDLED

  • Grease up to NLGI-2.
  • High viscosity oil.

MARKETS SERVED

  • Mining and construction.
  • In-plant grease transfer.
  • Rail road and mass transit.

FEATURES

  • 8" air motor effective diameter for maximum power.
  • Well proven, no stall and no ice forming air motor.
  • Reinforced construction, to stand up to 1.200 bar pressure.
  • Reliable fluid seals.
  • Divorced designed with steel covers to protect pump rod from tough environment.
